Formspree as a processor
Contact form submissions are sent to Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) at the endpoint configured for this site (https://formspree.io/f/xqenglqv). Formspree acts as a processor on our behalf to receive, store, and relay form messages to us. Their processing is governed by their terms and privacy documentation. Do not submit special-category data through the form.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing site does not use non-essential tracking cookies or third-party analytics pixels by default. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before setting non-essential cookies. Essential cookies or local storage required for basic site function may still be used.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors that help us operate the site and communications (such as Formspree for form delivery and our email provider) under appropriate agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, as applicable to that provider.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required for an active client relationship, dispute, or legal obligation. You can ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where no overriding obligation applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase data in certain cases
- Restrict or object to processing in certain cases
- Data portability where applicable
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA)
To exercise these rights, email fabi@site-media.co.uk with enough detail for us to verify and respond. We aim to reply within one month.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy for website visitors.
