Challenge
An established digital agency had clients asking for Netherlands coverage but no in-house Dutch writers or publisher relationships deep enough to deliver at retainer quality. Building that desk internally would take hiring, training, and months the roster did not have.
Account managers were already stretched. They needed delivery they could sell under their brand, reporting they could forward without rewriting, and quality controls strict enough that client trust stayed intact.
Previous freelancer experiments produced uneven Dutch, missed deadlines, and occasional thin domains that clients questioned in quarterly reviews. The agency needed a repeatable process, not another ad-hoc vendor.
Approach
We slotted in as their Dutch desk. Briefs arrived in their format. Samples and pricing were packaged so account managers could present them without rewriting. Clients never saw our name.
Production followed each client's metric floors and monthly volume. Native Dutch articles and approved niche edits were delivered on a recurring cadence. The shared sheet used the agency's naming conventions so multiple account teams could work without friction.
When a client brief was a poor fit for Dutch search (English-only destination pages with no local intent), we flagged it early so the agency could reset scope rather than burn budget. Quarterly quality reviews compared live hosts against each client's floors.
